ATHENS Tre'Davious White Bills Jersey , July 24 (Xinhua) -- Greece will attempt on Tuesday atest return to bond markets for first time after the summer of2014, according to an official announcement by the Greek FinanceMinistry posted on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange onMonday.

"The Hellenic Republic announces today an invitation to holdersof its outstanding 4.75 percent notes due 2019 to tender suchExisting Notes for purchase for cash (Switch and Tender Offer),"read the press release.

"The Republic also announces today that it intends to offer neweuro-denominated fixed rate notes due 2022 (New Notes Offering),"it added.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Deutsche BankAktiengesellschaft, Goldman Sachs International Bank, HSBC Bank plcand Merrill Lynch International have been mandated as Joint LeadManagers for the New Notes Offering, according to theannouncement.

Pricing of the New Notes Offering is expected to occur on July25, 2017, subject to market conditions, with settlement expected tooccur on Aug. 1, 2017, according to the press release.

Following the successful completion of the second review of itsthird bailout since 2010 in June, the Greek government consideredissuing a 5-year bond to take advantage of the positive momentum,financial analysts and media in Athens had said in recentweeks.

The Left-led government's target is to secure a lower interestrate than the 4.9 percent Greece secured in 2014 when the previousconservative government had made a test return to capital markets,according to the reports.

"Greece has been shut out of the international capital marketsfor the past seven years... We will make the decision when webelieve we are fully prepared ... We are not interested in publicrelations stunts," Greek government spokesperson DimitrisTzanakopoulos had said last week.

The government's main concern is to pave the way for Greece tobe able to stand on its own two feet once the current bailoutprogram comes to an end in mid-2018, Tzanakopoulos hadstressed.

The step is made as European Commissioner for Economic andFinancial Affairs Pierre Moscovici visits Athens on Monday andTuesday for meetings with the Greek government. Enditem

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are sharing the sweet details of the royal’s proposal — and it was “very” romantic!

The newly-engaged couple sat down for their first-ever joint interview together on Monday, just like Prince William and Kate Middleton did following the news of their engagement in November 2010.

According to the couple, the proposal happened a few weeks ago at their cottage in Kensington Palace.

“It was a cozy night,” Meghan told the BBC. “We were roasting chicken. It was just an amazing surprise. It was so sweet and natural and very romantic. He got down on one knee.”

Harry added: “It was a really nice moment — it was just the two of us. I think I managed to catch her by surprise.”

Meghan then excitedly said: “Yes, as a matter of fact I could barely let you finish proposing! I said, ‘Can I say yes now!’ ”

The couple also revealed that Meghan has met Queen Elizabeth a couple times — and that her beloved corgis took to her immediately.

“It’s incredible,” Meghan said about meeting the Queen. “To be able to meet her through his lens, not just with his honor and respect for her as Monarch, but with the love he has for her as his grandmother. She’s an incredible woman.”

Harry then added: “The corgis took to her straight away.” And Meghan replied: “They were laying on my feet during tea!”

The royal couple were interviewed by BBC News broadcaster Mishal Husain, followed by a documentary called Harry And Meghan: A Royal Engagement on BBC1.

Meghan also showed off her new diamond engagement ring, which Harry designed himself.

“The ring is – is obviously yellow gold because that’s what – her favorite and the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana and the – the little diamonds either side are from my mother’s jewelry collection to make sure that she’s with us on this – on this crazy journey together,” Harry said.

When asked what it meant to her to have stones in her ring that once belonged to Princess Diana, Meghan said: “I think everything about Harry’s thoughtfulness is – and the inclusion of that and obviously not being able to meet his mom it’s so important to me to – to know that she’s a part of this with us. And I think in being able to meet his aunts and – and also like Julia and just different people who were so important to his mom, I’m able to, in some way, know a part of her through them and of course through him. And it’s – it’s incredibly special. And you know to be able to have this which sort of links where you come from and Botswana which is important to us and it’s – it’s perfect.”

And when asked what his mother would have though of Meghan, Harry replied: “Oh they’d be thick as thieves, without question, I think she would be over the moon, jumping up and down, you know so excited for me, but then, as I said, would have probably been best friends – best friends with Meghan.So no it’s – you know it is days like – days like today when – when I really miss having her around and miss being able to share the happy news. But you know with the ring and with everything else that’s going on I’m sure she’s …”

Meghan added: “She’s with us.”

During William and Kate’s interview, the prince revealed he popped the question a few weeks before their interview while the two were vacationing in Kenya with friends. While they had been discussing an impending engagement for a while, Kate was still surprised when the big moment arrived.

“It was a total shock when it came,” Kate said. “There’s a true romantic in there.”
